5–10+ years of experience in database administration within production environments;
Strong background in database architecture, high availability, migrations and large‑scale Oracle projects;
Experience working in multi‑customer or service‑center environments (MSP/outsourcing) is highly valued;
Advanced expertise in Oracle Database (RMAN, Data Guard, RAC, ASM, OEM, Diagnostics/Tuning Packs, performance tuning);
Solid knowledge of HA/DR solutions, clustering, replication and failover strategies;
Strong skills in performance analysis, query optimization, indexing strategies and root‑cause troubleshooting;
Proficiency in backup/restore mechanisms and handling complex recovery scenarios;
Good understanding of Linux/AIX environments, OS‑level troubleshooting, virtualization and storage architectures;
Experience with automation and scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash, Ansible) and contribution to CI/CD pipelines;
Knowledge of security best practices: encryption, auditing, data masking and compliance frameworks;
Ability to manage priorities, remain calm under pressure and perform effectively in on‑call situations;
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional technical teams;
Organized, autonomous, customer‑oriented and comfortable working in demanding, SLA‑driven environments;
Fluent English required; French or Dutch are considered a plus.
