Join our global team of experts
We're looking for a creative and proactive People Experience & Communications Specialist to help strengthen our employer brand and create engaging experiences for our employees.
Working closely with Talent Acquisition, Business Partners, People Operations, Benefits & Rewards and Finance, you'll support the planning and delivery of engagement initiatives, internal communications, employer branding activities, and People projects throughout the year.
YOUR TASKS:
Employee Experience & Engagement:

Manage the annual Employee Experience roadmap.

Plan and deliver employee events, engagement initiatives, wellbeing activities, and internal campaigns.

Gather employee feedback and help continuously improve employee experience.
Employer Branding:
-
Support employer branding initiatives and talent attraction campaigns.

Build partnerships with universities and external organizations.
-
Coordinate participation in career fairs and employer branding events.
Internal & Corporate Communications:
-
Manage the main internal communication channels.

Create newsletters, presentations, announcements, and communication materials.

Develop engaging content that keeps employees informed and connected.

Manage and support the company's corporate social media channels, creating engaging content that strengthens both our employer brand and corporate communications.
People Team Support:

Support the Talent Acquisition team with recruitment-related activities, as required.

Provide creative and project support across the People & Operations area.
YOUR PROFILE:
-
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
-
Around 2 years of relevant professional experience.
-
Excellent written and spoken English.
-
Experience planning events and engagement initiatives.
-
Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
-
Experience creating presentations and communication materials.
-
A creative, proactive, and collaborative mindset.
-
Familiarity with AI-powered tools and digital design platforms for content creation and communication is a plus.

Familiarity with recruitment processes and talent acquisition activities.
-
Experience working in a technology-driven environment is a plus.
