- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of PowerPoint and ability to prepare reports and presentations.
- Knowledge of financial analysis, particularly Business Plans, cash flows and financial projections.
- Knowledge of Power BI and SQL will be considered a plus.
- Fluency in English (minimum C1 level – mandatory).
- Knowledge of Spanish will be considered a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good organizational and priority management skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to interact effectively with different stakeholders.
- Willingness to learn, proactivity and adaptability.
4] QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in management, Economics, Finance or a related field.
- Experience: junior profile, with previous experience in financial analysis, reporting or data analysis being considered a plus.
Knowledge or previous experience in the real estate sector will be considered an advantage.
