About the role...
Responsibilities:
Deliver SAP SuccessFactors (BizX / Employee Central) solutions across the full project lifecycle: requirements, functional design, configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), go-live, and hypercare.
Lead workshops with HR stakeholders to document hire-to-retire processes, organizational/position management, and workforce administration requirements.
Configure and optimize Employee Central (EC) and BizX platform settings, ensuring scalable designs aligned with standard best practices.
Support process harmonization and simplification initiatives, translating HR business requirements into coherent end-to-end solution designs.
Design and coordinate cross-module process flows and interactions (e.g., Recruiting Onboarding Employee Central; EC Performance/Compensation;
Learning/Succession integration).
Ensure data consistency, synchronization, and business process continuity across the SuccessFactors suite, handling dependencies during implementation and rollout.
Support ECC SuccessFactors transformation scenarios (phased/hybrid), including data migration/harmonization activities and transitional operating models.
Contribute to integration design between SuccessFactors and SAP ECC (HCM) and third-party HR systems, working with middleware/integration teams on interfaces and landscape architecture.
Prepare functional specifications and implementation documentation; support defect triage and resolution during SIT/UAT and stabilization phases.
Collaborate effectively with HR, IT, and cross-functional project teams, bridging HR and technical perspectives and ensuring stakeholder alignment.
