Perform basic ServiceNow configurations (such as user access management, roles, groups, forms or workflow-related configurations) when required.
-
Coordinate and execute user communication activities, ensuring end users are informed and prepared for upcoming process and access changes.
-
Manage and maintain user access lists, including the cleanup and validation of users, groups and permissions.
-
Support testing, deployment and go-live activities, taking an active role in the day-to-day delivery of the project.
