About the role
Our Transformation Office team is integrated in the Industrial department and focuses on supporting the company's support the Transformation & Projects portfolio. Solvay is entering a new phase of strategic transformation, focused on industrial excellence and digital integration. As we shape our renewed identity, driving engagement and building capabilities remain key priorities.
As a Communication and Learning Trainee you will ork on creating and delivering learning and communication initiatives that bring our transformation to life across the organization.
You will be accountable for:
- Co-create impactful web-based training content in partnership with subject matter experts, under the guidance of the STAR Operations Academy leader and the Learning & Development team.

Design and execute communication and engagement strategies that align with our transformation goals and resonate with diverse internal audiences.

Produce compelling communication materials (e.g. newsletters, intranet articles, chat posts, and campaign assets) to drive awareness, alignment, and enthusiasm across the organization.

Coordinate cross-functional communication efforts by collaborating closely with Group Communication, ERP, Digital Technologies, Change Management, and Engagement initiatives to ensure consistency and coherence.
We offer a internship contract (12 months) based on a hybrid working model (2 days a week at the office if you're from the Lisbon Metropolitan area or 2 days a months at the office you come outside the area).
About you
Relevant education degree in Communication, Web design, or Digital content.
Competencies:

Strong sense of visual and user experience, with a good eye for digital layout and design rooted in UI/UX principles

English communication skills, both written and spoken, and can confidently engage with global teams across different functions and levels

Ability to engage with senior leaders (able to listen, support, challenge constructively) and drive change, while moving projects forward

Comfortable using digital tools for communication and training purposes

Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. The base pay expected for this role is € 940,00- € 1040,00 per month in Portugal.
