Noesis is looking for professionals with the following profile:
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze business requirements from clients and stakeholders, defining functional and non-functional specifications;
- Map current operational processes (AS-IS) and design optimized future workflows (TO-BE) to identify automation opportunities;
- Elaborate comprehensive functional documentation, including use cases, user stories, process flows, and business rules;
- Accompany the development lifecycle, validating requirement implementation, and actively participating in backlog refinement.
Profile:
- Degree in Computer Science or similar;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, process modeling, and requirements documentation;
- Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence;
- Competency in SQL and data analysis practices will be highly valued;
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with a proven capability to decompose complex problems;
- Detail-oriented profile with a strong ability to identify technical dependencies and impact across business processes.
