Within the People function, this position will support all activities related to the People Agenda for Portugal, including HQ, Plant and Sales, promoting growth and an engaging environment.
Responsibilities:
Partner with the organization to meet business needs, supporting the execution of the overall People strategy and goals;
Perform activities related to culture and engagement, ensuring a strong growth environment;
Support communication processes, ensuring timely and proactive communication;
Support the learning and development strategy and related processes;
Execute the labor relations strategy.
Qualifications:
Degree in Human Resources, International Relations or similar field;
2 to 3 years of experience within an HR or People environment;
Strong communication skills;
Analytical skills and strategic thinking;
Excel skills and ability to work with digital and communication tools;
Proactive profile, eager to learn and develop;
Ability to interact with a dynamic multifunctional team;
Ability to work in a supportive and collaborative team environment.
