Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital products and AI-driven initiatives across the organisation;
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data teams, and external partners to deliver products iteratively and translate complex business needs into clear product requirements;
- Leverage Generative AI tools and agentic workflows to enhance product management activities and identify opportunities to improve business processes through AI;
- Contribute to the Product Management Community of Practice by promoting AI-native ways of working, best practices, and continuous improvement.
Profile:

Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field;
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in Product Management, delivering digital products, internal platforms, or B2B/B2C solutions;
- Experience using Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot) and a genuine interest in AI-driven product management, agentic workflows, and process automation;
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable product requirements, combined with a good understanding of Agile methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC);
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyse metrics and support product decision-making;
- Fluent in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
