ROLE:
Provide customer assistance and present solutions via email and telephone;
Handle order-related issues, occurrences, and service requests;
Contribute to other projects depending on business needs and individual capabilities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Fluency in two languages: Portuguese and Spanish or English (mandatory);
Strong communication skills and ability to adapt quickly;
Experience in customer service or support positions (advantageous);
Good computer literacy, with a self-motivated attitude and leadership approach.
