Data Engineer
This is your mission
Are you passionate about data engineering, analytics, and building scalable data solutions? Then this position is for you.
As a Senior Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining modern data platforms that support risk analytics, reporting, and business intelligence initiatives within a complex international environment
Build side:
Design and develop high-performance ETL/ELT pipelines to feed enterprise Data Warehouses.
Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient data engineering solutions.
Design and implement data models, schemas, and data architecture best practices.
Develop Python and SQL-based data processing frameworks and automation workflows.
Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes across multiple environments.
Contribute to the evolution of BI and analytics platforms using modern data engineering methodologies.
Ensure data quality, reliability, performance, and governance standards are met.
Provide technical leadership and architectural recommendations to project teams.
Run side:
Maintain and optimize existing data pipelines and reporting solutions.
Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
Support business users in leveraging analytics and reporting platforms.
Provide guidance and best practices around Dataiku, Tableau, and related BI tools.
Monitor data workflows and ensure operational stability and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile delivery environments.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and technology modernization efforts.
This is your background
You have at least 5 years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, or Business Intelligence environments. You enjoy solving complex data challenges, building scalable solutions, and working closely with both technical and business stakeholders.

This is your expertise:
Strong SQL expertise and experience with relational databases.
Advanced proficiency in Python and/or PySpark.
Experience designing and implementing ETL/ELT processes.
Hands-on experience with data integration tools such as Talend, Alteryx, or equivalent.
Experience with CI/CD practices and automation frameworks.
Knowledge of Data Warehouse architecture and dimensional modelling.
Familiarity with Apache Nifi, Dataiku, and Tableau is considered a strong advantage.
Experience working in Agile environments and using Jira.
Banking, financial services, or risk management experience is a plus.
Knowledge of Credit Risk concepts is an advantage.
