The Junior Strategic Project Manager will report directly to Senior Strategic Project Managers or C-Level executives and will be responsible for leading, planning, executing, and closing strategic projects that are essential to the organization. This role will involve collaborating with various internal departments, as well as working with external consultants and stakeholders when required.
ROLE:
Work closely with department heads and the C-suite to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Generate data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
Identify and resolve critical cross-functional business challenges.
Effectively coordinate project timelines, budgets, and resources.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Outstanding academic record in Business, Economics, or Engineering.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically, analyze complex situations, and solve challenging problems.
Leadership skills, strong sense of accountability, and ability to work independently.
Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
