We are currently looking for French-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join a growing team in Braga. This is a great chance to build your career in a fast-paced, international environment while supporting customers in both French and English.

Deliver excellent customer support across multiple communication channels

Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner

Communicate clearly with customers in both French and English

Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience

Accurately document all interactions in internal systems

Fluency in French and English (spoken and written)

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset

Availability to work rotational shifts within 07:00 AM – 07:00 PM (including occasional Saturdays)

Valid work eligibility:

EU ID or Residence Card, or

Valid Work Visa (Type D) with AIMA appointment scheduled, or

Expired Work Visa (Type D) with completed AIMA appointment

NISS is a plus (support can be provided if needed)

Competitive base salary paid over 14 months

Annual performance bonus of €155

Meal allowance: €7.63 per working day

Braga position bonus: €20/month (paid as a welcome bonus across the first 12 months)
