In this important job, you will represent a top company in the personal loan industry. You will act as a financial helper, giving clients clear advice and professional support to help them fund their personal plans.
You will work from a modern office alongside a supportive local management team. Your main tasks will include:

Professional Communication: Answer customer questions through phone calls, emails, and live chat, giving them expert info about different financial products.

Paperwork and Rules: Help clients with their applications, check that all paperwork is correct, and explain tricky financial rules in simple words.

Building Relationships: Stay in touch with clients to make sure they are happy and to keep them loyal to the brand.

Reviewing Profiles: Look over client details to suggest the absolute best financial choices for their needs.

Language Skills: Native or near-native French (C1 or C2 level). Great speaking and writing skills are highly important.

In-Office Work: This job is 100% in person. You must live in or be able to travel to our Braga office every day.

Our hours are steady and planned to help you enjoy your free time:

Work Week: A standard 40-hour schedule.

Hours: Changing shifts between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Weekends: You will only work on Saturday mornings (from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM).

Days Off: Two days off per week. Sundays are always off, plus you get one extra day off during the week.
