Job Description:
We are seeking energetic and friendly individuals to join our water park team on board a cruise ship! As Water Park Staff, you’ll ensure a safe, fun, and engaging experience for guests of all ages. Responsibilities include overseeing water park activities, assisting guests with safety gear, maintaining a clean environment, and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed. Ideal candidates are team players with a passion for guest service and a love for creating memorable vacation experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise guests and water park attractions to ensure safety and enjoyment
- Assist guests with equipment and safety instructions
- Monitor pool and slide areas, responding quickly to any incidents
- Support team members in organizing events and activities
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized water park environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality, water parks, or lifeguarding preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
