The Client Operations Manager runs, supports, or enables commercial transactions for Cisco’s customers, partners, or internal stakeholders. He/She specializes in one or more areas of the end-to-end commerce process. The Client Operations Manager drives efficiency in operational processes with a focus on removing friction for stakeholders, improving productivity and ensuring positive customer experience and maintaining data quality. Ensure that Cisco’s customers’, partners’ and internal stakeholders' transactions are executed seamlessly, with a constant focus on customer experience. Identify opportunities to streamline, automate or outsource segments of Cisco’s commerce processes or internal processes. Enable clients to do business with Cisco more easily thru self-serve options, training. Perform data analysis using specialized domain knowledge and business expertise. Identify patterns in data, draw insights and make recommendations to fix issues, and optimize processes in order to avoid future issues and maintain data quality. Identify problems that impact ability to deliver, ability to achieve margins, or are areas of inconsistency in the business. Develop recommendations for new business processes and adaption of business tools in support of changes. Work with stakeholders to enable them to more smoothly perform transactions and conduct business with Cisco. Leads the engagement with strategic vendors and drives their performance management.

Your Impact
- Oversee the global fulfillment ecosystem for Cisco’s Demo Loan Services (DLS), ensuring high-precision delivery of equipment to support critical sales cycles.
- Govern our third-party provider network by enforcing contractual KPIs and operational standards to maintain service excellence across the distribution chain.
- Drive the evolution of our distribution models by identifying and implementing scalable process improvements that optimize cost-control and operational efficiency.
- Manage service-related expenditures to ensure full alignment with Cisco’s internal financial and compliance policies.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to modernize fulfillment capabilities, ensuring that operational changes are delivered with the agility required to meet evolving business needs.
Minimum Qualifications
- 6–8 years of professional experience in supply chain operations, specifically within distribution, fulfillment, or vendor management.
- Demonstrated experience managing third-party provider networks, including the oversight of contractual KPIs and operational standards.
- Proven track record in analyzing operational trends and presenting data-driven findings to senior leadership.
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional change initiatives within tight deadlines.
- Proficiency with modern supply chain IT solutions, such as Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to influence stakeholders across organizational boundaries to drive consensus.
- Experience with Cisco’s internal asset management programs or similar high-volume loan/demo service environments.
- Certification or deep practical experience in Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodologies.
- Comprehensive understanding of international trade management, compliance protocols, and shipping regulations for specialized hardware.
- Excellent communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build alignment and drive strategy among diverse, global teams.
