Customer Support Manager (M/F/D) - Iberia
About the Role
As Customer Support Manager Iberia, you will play a key role in strengthening our Service organisation across Portugal and Spain. You will lead customer support and maintenance coordination for maintenance contracts, connecting customers, service teams and management to deliver operational excellence, contract performance and long-term customer value.
Responsabilities:
- Lead the customer support and service delivery agenda across Portugal and Spain, ensuring continuity, quality and customer satisfaction.
- Strengthen commercial and technical relationships with key customers, acting as a trusted partner in service and maintenance topics.
- Supervise and align the PT/ES Service teams, setting priorities, developing people and ensuring clear communication across locations.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for maintenance contracts, ensuring compliance with service levels, HSE standards and internal procedures.
- Support pre-sales and after-sales activities, including technical input, quotations, claims management and improvement action plans.
- Monitor contract performance, KPIs, risks, costs and customer feedback, providing clear reporting and recommendations to management.
- Drive process improvement, knowledge sharing and best practices across service operations in Iberia.
Requirements:
- Secondary education or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronica Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a similar technical field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Maintenance or similar industrial environments. Oil & Gas exposure will be valued.
- Strong experience in maintenance management, ideally in customer-facing technical services.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to coordinate teams across different locations and cultures.
- Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese will be valued.
- Based in Spain or with strong experience in the Spanish market.
- Strategic mindset, customer orientation, planning skills and availability to travel between Portugal and Spain.

- Gross monthly remuneration between €2,500 and €3,500.
