Responsibilities:
- Service-oriented inbound for a German bank account. Answering customer questions and executing orders in the first contact around the entire Service Retail. Assist with phone banking ID and T-PIN & Postbank app setup etc. All clientes are German, support will be provided in no other language.
Requirements:
- C1/C2 level language skill
- Ability to work independently and/or in a team
- Problem solving-skills
- Good communications skills (both verbal and written)
- Positive attitude
- Ambitious
- English B2
