Digital Sales Specialist – Lisbon (On-Site) | EU Passport Required

Start Date: August 10th, 2026
Location: Lisbon (On-site)
Schedule: 40 hours per week | Monday to Sunday, 08h - 18h (8-hour daily shifts)
What You Will Do:
Generate new pipeline and revenue opportunities within high-priority accounts.
Qualify leads using BANT standards (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline).
Build strong customer relationships and manage early-funnel stages (prospecting & discovery).
Maintain excellent CRM hygiene and ensure smooth opportunity hand-offs.
What We Are Looking For:
EU Passport / Valid EU Work Visa (Mandatory)
English C1 minimum level.
Minimum 6 months of experience in B2B sales within a contact center environment.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: €1,295.86
Holiday & Christmas Allowances: €215.98 (paid monthly)
Meal Allowance: €154.00 (paid in a prepaid card)
Total Fixed: €1,665.84 / month
Variable Bonus: Up to €200.00 / month (based on performance)
Private health and dental insurance (after contract signature).
Includes 20 days of paid comprehensive initial training (18.56 € a day)
