We are looking for experienced Chef and Sous Chef candidates for an Asian fusion restaurant in Lourinhã, Portugal.
We are seeking skilled, hands-on professionals with experience in Thai, Southeast Asian, wok cooking, grill, and fast-paced kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities: • Support daily kitchen operations • Handle wok, grill, and hot kitchen stations • Maintain food quality and consistency • Manage prep, hygiene, and kitchen organization • Support smooth service flow during busy operations
Requirements: • Experience as Chef or Sous Chef • Strong knowledge of Thai / Southeast Asian cuisine • Ability to work across multiple stations • Team-oriented and organized working style • Basic English communication
