What you'll do? You’ll help improve AI models by:
- Evaluating AI-generated responses;
- Labeling and annotating language-model outputs;
- Checking quality, relevance, accuracy, safety and policy compliance;
- Identifying errors and edge cases;
- Applying detailed evaluation guidelines;
- Providing feedback that helps improve AI performance.
Requirements:
- English: C2 level - mandatory;
- Strong written communication skills;
- Good analytical and critical-thinking abilities;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Interest or experience in Generative AI, LLMs, AI annotation, QA, Content Labeling, Trust & Safety or similar areas;
- Ability to work with complex guidelines and confidential information;
What’s offered?
- Contract: 6 months renewable;
- Schedule: 24/7 rotational shifts, Monday–Sunday with 2 rotating days off per week;
- Base salary: €920 gross/month, paid over 14 months or €1,073.33 gross/month €1,073.33 gross/month;
- Complexity bonus: €100/month, paid over 11 months;
- Meal allowance: €7.63 net per working day;
- Health insurance: available from Day 1 upon monthly payment, provided you already have a Portuguese NIF and NISS.
