ROLE:
Oversee daily production to ensure targets, quality standards, and safety procedures are met in a food/supplement manufacturing environment.
Coordinate production operators to maintain an efficient workflow.
Track production performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement effective corrective actions.
Organize production planning and maintain accurate production records.
Ensure the required materials are available for production.
Communicate production performance and operational issues to the Production Manager.
Support the training and integration of new production staff.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree or technical training in Engineering, Industrial Management, Production, or a related field (preferred).
Experience in industrial manufacturing environments.
Previous experience leading teams (preferred).
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic production environment.
Good Excel skills and confidence using technology.
Strong sense of responsibility, leadership, and attention to detail.
