Vielfältige Aufgaben
- Develop and maintain robust, scalable, historized (version-controlled) and sustainable data products in Power BI for diverse user groups, including management and technical service owners.
- Provide technical guidance and subject‑matter expertise to Power BI users regarding the underlying data products.
- Use APIs to extract data from security tooling and build high‑quality data products using PySpark in Azure Synapse.
- Analyze and enhance complex data pipelines and notebooks to integrate new data sources into existing data products.
- Ensure data quality and consistency by validating data, troubleshooting ingestion issues, and working with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
Überzeugendes Profil
Must-haves:
- Programming skills in Python and PySpark to create efficient workflows for versioned data products
- Strong understanding of parallel processing in PySpark (partitioning, shuffling, broadcasting)
- Experience with Azure Synapse and Azure Databricks
- Ability to efficiently refactor and optimize existing codebases
- Understanding of row-level security (RLS) in Power BI
- Experience handling large-scale datasets ( >50 million rows)
- Working with historical and versioned data products
- Working with git
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience creating Power BI reports for management-level audiences
- Experience using Azure DevOps to plan, track, and manage daily work activities
Proficiency in English at level B2 or higher
Über den Bereich
The EnBW Cyber Defense department delivers centralized cybersecurity services across the organization, including enterprise-wide Vulnerability Management, Security Testing, and the operation of a Security Operations Center (SOC) for EnBW and connected business units.
The EnBW-CERT (Cyber Emergency Response Team) as part of the department coordinates the response to major or cross‑organizational cyber incidents and manages mandatory reporting to authorities. In addition, the Cyber Defense Center provides consolidated cyber threat and status reporting, ensuring transparency on the current cyber risk landscape and the effectiveness of EnBW’s cybersecurity capabilities.
