Senior Accountant

We are currently seeking a dynamic, responsible and proactive individual to join KPMG's Finance Department.

To join our team...

You must have...

Degree in Accounting;
Minimum of 5 years of experience;
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
Knowledge of SAP (preferred);
Fluency in English;
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines;
Ability to work autonomously, collaboratively and in a team environment;
Analytical skills, leadership ability and a proactive mindset;
Proactivity and technological curiosity, with the ability to propose improvements and adopt new solutions.

Key responsabilities

Supplier Management (Accounts Payable)

Oversee the full accounts payable cycle (invoice-to-pay);
Ensure the accurate recording of supplier invoices in compliance with accounting standards;
Perform regular reconciliation of supplier accounts;
Monitor and optimize payment terms and cash flow.

Procurement & Sourcing

Manage sourcing processes and negotiate with strategic suppliers;
Ensure the efficient procurement of goods and services, focusing on cost, quality, and delivery time;
Evaluate and monitor supplier performance;
Identify opportunities for cost reduction and continuous improvement.

Control and Compliance

Ensure compliance with internal policies, audits, and tax regulations;
Implement robust internal controls within the procurement function;
Ensure adherence to contractual obligations.

Reporting and Analysis

Produce financial and operational reports related to suppliers and procurement;
Analyze KPIs;
Support the monthly and annual accounting closing processes;
Contribute to cost forecasting and budget control.
