Key responsibilities in your new role
As a Senior Sales Process & Lead Management Specialist, you will be a key driver in rethinking and optimizing how Infineon manages leads globally. This is a hands-on role that requires equal parts strategic thinking and operational execution, at the intersection of Sales, CRM, Analytics and AI – with the mission to make our global sales processes smarter, faster, and more effective.

Analyze CRM data in depth and translate insights into actionable recommendations – identifying patterns, quality issues and process gaps to continuously shape our global CRM and sales process landscape
-
Leverage AI tools and automation meaningfully – enhancing lead routing, qualification and conversion with real, measurable impact beyond buzzwords
-
Drive global process adoption and quality assurance – working closely with regional Sales teams, ensuring functional and performance standards are met, and preparing structured content for senior-level decision-making
-
Maintain rigorous process and tool documentation – ensuring consistency and accuracy across all stakeholders while always connecting tactical detail to the broader strategic goal
-
Bring a holistic perspective to everything you do – always connecting tactical detail to the strategic goal, never losing sight of the full picture
