Position Overview
Are you an Agile champion who loves driving software projects across the finish line? We are a leading hospitality technology provider, and we are looking for a Mid-Level Delivery Manager to lead our cross-functional engineering teams. In this role, you will bridge the gap between product strategy and execution. You will ensure our hotel management, booking, and guest-experience software solutions ship on time and at peak quality.
This role begins as an on-site position to ensure a smooth, comprehensive onboarding experience. Once you are fully integrated into our team and processes, you will unlock hybrid work flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Execution: Drive the delivery of high-quality software features from planning through release.
- Blocker Removal: Identify and eliminate technical or operational roadblocks to keep sprint velocity high.
- Risk Management: Mitigate scope creep and manage cross-team dependencies to protect project timelines.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Provide clear forecasts, updates, and delivery metrics to leadership and product partners.
- Agile Governance: Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to foster continuous improvement.
Core Technical Focus
- Ecosystem: Guide teams building robust solutions using a .NET backend and an Angular frontend.
- DevSecOps Culture: Support and optimize delivery pipelines within an Azure cloud environment, championing automated security and deployment practices.
- Hospitality Integrations: Oversee the delivery of complex integrations, specifically focusing on payment gateways, channel managers, and Online Travel Agencies (OTAs).
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years managing software delivery, ideally within SaaS, hospitality tech, or high-volume transactional platforms.
- Agile Expertise: Strong mastery of Scrum and Kanban frameworks with a servant-leadership mindset.
- Technical Familiarity: Comfortable discussing architectures involving .NET, Angular, Azure, and RESTful APIs/integrations.
- Communication: Superb alignment skills to easily connect engineering capacity with business priorities.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to manage multi-team dependencies and resolve technical bottlenecks.
