Tickets Verified is a ticket brokerage focused on resale of tickets for various sporting, music and theater events. The Ideal candidate for this position has an interest in music and sports.
The Operations Manager will work within the fulfillment department of our company. You will be working to ensure the tickets we sell are delivered to our customers, the accounts we use are correctly managed and other back end operations are running smoothly.
The hours for this job are 630AM PST - 3:30PM PST Monday- Friday
Your Responsibilities:
-Troubleshoot fulfillment issues
-Data entry
-Work with various vendors to fill orders
- Help implement pricing changes
- Monitor and enforce pricing
Skills:
- Good sense of priorities and ability to multi-task
- Capable of learning quickly and adapting
- Technologically savvy – capable of working quickly on a computer with limited mistakes
- A hands-on mentality, capable of executing under pressure
- Enjoy working with numbers and have an analytical mind
