What You’ll Do
- Deliver outstanding customer support in German (both written and spoken)
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide clear, friendly, and effective solutions
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and efficiently
What We’re Looking For
- Fluency in German and Portuguese
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for customer service
- Previous experience in customer support (a plus, but not required)
