Responsibilities:

Support M&A processes, including:
-
Preparation and analysis of financial models and valuation exercises;

Review of transaction documentation in coordination with Legal teams;

Analysis of due diligence materials and interaction with advisors
-
Management of Q&A and VDR.

Support with Investment Committee and Board presentations;
-
Support coordination with internal teams in the integration of new companies/assets and monitoring of ongoing investments;

Support the Management team in strategic decisions;
-
Participate in the preparation and review of business plans;

Perform market analyses and screening of potential opportunities.
Requirements
Profile:
-
Master degree in Finance, Business Administration or Economics;
-
1-3 years of experience in consulting, corporate finance or investment banking;

Relevant track-record in M&A transactions, notably with regards to valuation analysis and due diligence and particularly in the Energy Sector is a plus;

Experience in financial models preparation and analysis;

Strong communication skills and ability to work in a dynamic team environment;

Attention to detail, organisation and problem-solving mindset.
