This role is not glamorous every hour of the day. Some mornings you'll be the first person a client speaks to after a stressful commute. Some afternoons you'll be juggling three things at once while keeping your voice calm and your smile real. And some days, everything just flows — the studio is full, the team is in sync, and you go home knowing you made that happen.

About us
BLB Concept is a premium beauty studio in Parede, on the Lisbon coast. We work with brows, lashes, permanent makeup and specialist treatments. We take our craft seriously — and we take our team seriously too.
What you'll be doing
Welcoming clients and creating the kind of first impression they'll mention to their friends. Managing bookings, schedules and the day-to-day flow of the studio. Handling payments, client records and follow-up communications. Supporting the team with whatever the day needs. Keeping the front-of-house looking exactly as a premium studio should.
What we're looking for
Someone warm, organised and genuinely unflappable. You don't need to have worked in beauty before — but you do need to understand what excellent service feels like from both sides of the desk.
Language requirements: English, Portuguese and Russian and/or Ukrainian are essential — a significant part of our client base speaks both.
Experience in hospitality, retail, wellness or any client-facing role is welcome.
