As a Staff Specialist Logistics Warehouse Processes, you will support the harmonization and standardization of warehouse processes across Infineon's global manufacturing network. Working closely with business and IT stakeholders, you will drive process improvements, support SAP-based solutions, and contribute to operational excellence. You will play a key role in bringing warehouse processes to the next level through digitalization, automation, and the adoption of innovative logistics solutions.
Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role

Support global warehouse process communities and act as a contact person for key users.

Drive process excellence through harmonization, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives for manufacturing warehouse processes.

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from sites and clusters.

Support the design and implementation of process and system improvements in collaboration with IT and external partners.

Coordinate and execute testing activities, including user acceptance testing (UAT).

Manage cross-functional projects and initiatives within manufacturing warehouse processes, ensuring stakeholder alignment and successful implementation.

Promote best practices through training, knowledge sharing, and change management activities.

Maintain process documentation and training materials to ensure transparency and user enablement.
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

A university degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 year of professional experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain processes, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Strong expertise in SAP, ideally SAP EWM, with a good understanding of end-to-end warehouse and logistics processes.

Proven experience in process improvements, standardization, and harmonization across multiple sites or regions.

Familiarity with global governance models and process frameworks.

Experience managing project activities and collaborating with business and IT stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Exposure to digitalization, automation, analytics, or warehouse technologies is an advantage.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
