In the Valuation department at CBRE, we are currently lookingfor an experience Valuer with tourism and hotelbackground to be part of a highly successful and experienced team.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
The main focus of this position will be analyzing and valuinghotel assets across all sectors. The role will establish a profoundrelationship with the local business lines as well as with the European team.
Your key responsibilities: Analyzing the performance all types of real estate activity sectors but specially focused on hotels. Gathering market information to support your analysis. To participate in the valuation of all kinds of properties but specially hotels.
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
Certified valuer within CMVM and/or RICS. Preferred hotel valuation background. Professional experience in valuation. Optimistic and innovative mindset. Ability to set and manage priorities judiciously. Good communication skills - written and verbal - and fluency, both in Portuguese and in English.
