As an Application Security Architect (m/f/d), you will be a core member of our AppSec team. You’ll work closely with product teams, InfoSec, and other stakeholders to ensure our products are designed and built securely. Your responsibilities will include leading threat modeling, improving and applying AppSec requirements and processes, promoting secure engineering practices, and supporting the integration of our Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC). You will also help teams adopt AI securely and responsibly. This includes guiding the safe use of AI-assisted coding, contributing to AI-driven security processes, and assessing risks in AI and agent-based systems. Your work will help strengthen and scale our global AppSec program, ensuring our products remain secure in a fast-changing technology landscape.
- Partner with product teams throughout the development lifecycle to build secure software and architectures.

Improve and simplify AppSec requirements and guidelines, and drive their consistent adoption.

Support secure AI adoption, including safe AI-assisted development and risk assessment for AI systems.

Lead threat modeling, security reviews, and identify risks across services and platforms.

Contribute to the AppSec strategy, policies, and processes.

Help build and grow a security champions program within engineering teams.

Deliver trainings, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions for technical stakeholders.

Mentor team members, support tool adoption, and stay current on emerging threats and best practices.
What we would like you to bring
- 4+ years of experience in application security.

Solid understanding of software architecture, secure software development lifecycle (SSDLC) practices, including threat modeling.

Strong interest in AI and AI security, ideally complemented by hands‑on experience in building AI capabilities, securing AI‑driven development workflows, and protecting AI/GenAI systems throughout their lifecycle.

Practical software development experience in modern environments.

Familiarity with common AppSec tools, such as SAST, and SCA.

Exposure to Gen AI in a security context is an advantage

A collaborative mindset – you enjoy working with international, cross-functional teams and driving alignment across stakeholders.

Excellent communication skills with fluency in English, both written and verbal.
