the Great service isn't loud — it's precise, warm, and intentional. At Neptune Commune, our bartenders are not just pouring drinks. They shape how every guest experiences the house. If you take quiet pride in doing service properly, we'd like to meet you.
THE ROLE
As a Bartender at Courage Bistro, you set the tone of the bar from the moment guests arrive. Through attentive, natural service, you help create an experience that feels smooth, welcoming, and genuinely cared for — from first pour to farewell. You guide guests through the drinks menu with confidence, stay aware of the room's rhythm, and keep service moving with calm precision. You work closely with the service team, but during service, strong ownership of your station is essential.
