How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Air Liquide Europe Business Services (ALEBS) was created in 2019 in Lisbon, Portugal with the mandate to provide financial services for Air Liquide European entities. In the space of 4 years, it has expanded to over 400 employees based in 3 office locations: Lisbon, Tomar and Guarda. The geographical scope was extended to include, besides the European affiliates also entities located in Africa, Middle-East and India, and the operational scope was extended and includes today not just Finance, but also Human Resources.
The Total Rewards Experienced Analyst plays a key role in collaborating on Employee Shareholding operations, while maintaining a broad view of the European Rewards landscape. Along with supporting shareholding efficiency, compliance, and data integrity, this role offers valuable exposure to wider Rewards topics. The Analyst will also assist with regional Pay Transparency processes and partner with other Rewards topics (such as International Mobility and Compensation & Benefits) to help identify operational efficiencies.
The Analyst will act as a vital liaison, collaborating with internal teams (e.g. Individual Shareholders, HR Business Partners, Compensation & Benefits COE, Finance, Legal) and external stakeholders (e.g. Uptevia, payroll vendors) to streamline workflows, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement within the operational and HR landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise directly with the external service provider to report and manage any changes to shareholder data (e.g. employee departures, entity changes)
- Validate incoming early release requests to ensure completeness and adherence to procedures
- For entity payment, accurately dispatch sales of shares, dividend and fractional rights payments to shareholders
- To assist employee Shareholders on their formalities (process explanation, online account access, etc.)
- Support the implementation, deployment, and operational tracking of regional Pay Transparency processes and compliance initiatives.
- Partner with the International Mobility (IMob) teams when required collaborating on cross-functional tasks and identifying areas for process optimization and efficiency.
Provide data analysis and operational support to the broader Compensation & Benefits GBS/COE during peak periods or for specific regional projects.

Are you a MATCH?
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an operational support role, HR administration, HR Shared Services, or a similar analytical position within a complex organization (exposure to Compensation or Benefits processes is a plus).
- Fluent both in English and French (mandatory)
- Proficiency in Workday and case management tools (e.g. Service Now).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, data manipulation) and strong analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling, document verification, and process execution.
- High level of discretion and experience handling strictly confidential HR and compensation data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with employees, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, agile mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience with process automation, AI-driven tools, or basic scripting (e.g., VBA, Apps Script, or similar Power Automate tools) aimed at driving efficiency and continuous improvement in HR operations.

Preferred Qualifications.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of or interest in Rewards processes such as Pay Transparency regulations, Compensation, International Mobility and Benefits frameworks is mandatory.
