The company operates a multi-country infrastructure across Europe and northern america. The environment includes a global Active Directory, Windows Server platforms, and Microsoft 365 with Entra ID integration.
This role focuses on the operation and improvement of Active Directory and Windows Server in a hybrid environment.
What can you expect with us?
- Operate and maintain a global Active Directory environment (users, groups, permissions, GPOs)
- Manage authentication and authorization topics (LDAP, Kerberos, SAML, OAuth)
- Support and advise internal project teams on AD and identity-related topics
- Work with Windows Server (installation, configuration, troubleshooting)
- Support hybrid identity scenarios (Active Directory + Entra ID)
- Automate recurring tasks using PowerShell
- Contribute to improvements in security, stability, and operational processes
- Participate in on-call support
What do you bring to the table?
- Degree in IT or comparable qualification
- 10+ years of relevant work experience
- Experience in operating Active Directory in an enterprise environment
- Solid knowledge of Windows Server administration
- Experience with hybrid identity (AD + Entra ID / Azure AD)
- Experience with authentication protocols (LDAP, Kerberos, SAML, OAuth)
- PowerShell skills for automation
- Structured way of working and ability to handle operational issues
