RENEST is currently looking for an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to lead renovation projects from planning through execution and delivery.
This role requires a hands-on professional with strong leadership skills, excellent organizational capabilities, and a proven track record of managing people, timelines, budgets, procurement, and project stakeholders in dynamic environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction and renovation projects from inception to completion;
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors, suppliers, and external stakeholders;
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of milestones;
- Manage procurement processes, supplier selection, contract negotiation, and material sourcing;
- Monitor project budgets and control costs while maintaining quality standards;
- Identify risks, propose solutions, and ensure smooth project execution;
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements;
- Provide regular project reporting and updates to management.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally within construction or renovation development projects;
- Demonstrated success in managing teams, timelines, procurement activities, and project delivery;
- Strong leadership and people management skills;
- Excellent planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities;
- Fluent English (professional/business level);
- Fluent in Portuguese (conversational/professional level);
- Experience working internationally and managing projects in different cultural environments is highly valued;
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to drive results;
- Proficiency with project management tools and reporting systems.
