We are looking for a driven and well-connected Esports Talent Agent to represent and grow a roster of esports players, streamers, and content creators. This role focuses on securing sponsorships, negotiating contracts, and building long-term career opportunities for talent within the gaming and esports ecosystem.
This is a commission-based role, ideal for someone entrepreneurial, results-oriented, and passionate about esports.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard esports talent (players, streamers, creators)
- Develop and manage talent careers and personal brands
- Source and secure sponsorships, partnerships, and commercial deals
- Negotiate contracts with teams, brands, and tournament organizers
- Build relationships with esports organizations, brands, and industry stakeholders
Requirements
- Previous experience in esports, gaming, talent management, or influencer marketing
- Strong network within esports organizations, brands, or agencies (preferred)
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently (MUST)
- Strong understanding of the esports ecosystem (teams, tournaments, platforms like Twitch/YouTube)
Nice to Have
- Experience working with professional players or streamers
- Familiarity with contracts and legal basics in talent representation
