We are looking for a Cybersecurity Expert
Context
We are looking for a Cybersecurity Expert to join an international team focused on External Attack Surface Management within a global IT cybersecurity function.
The role sits within a team responsible for monitoring external security posture, managing vulnerability exposure, and ensuring the protection of internet-facing assets across multiple entities worldwide.
You will be part of a dynamic environment with teams distributed across different locations, working closely with cybersecurity experts and stakeholders.
Main Mission
To ensure effective vulnerability management and external security monitoring, supporting the identification, assessment, and remediation of risks related to internet-exposed assets.
Main Responsibilities
- Perform vulnerability scans on internet-exposed assets
- Monitor and manage security ratings
- Act as point of contact for entities regarding External Attack Surface Management
- Support entities in defining action plans and assessing vulnerabilities (including false positives)
- Produce and analyze vulnerability and risk reports
- Report security risks and their impact to stakeholders (including CISOs)
- Manage and support SaaS cybersecurity tools (scanning & scoring)
- Collaborate with vendors (support tickets, issue resolution)
- Contribute to improving reporting processes and tools
- Ensure administrative management of platforms (assets, users, etc.)
Profile & Skills
- Experience in Cybersecurity / IT Risk (Mid level)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working in an international and collaborative environment
- Fluency in English
Technical Skills
- IT systems & data
- Cybersecurity risks
- Vulnerability Management / Security Ratings
- Knowledge of Offensive Security (hacking techniques, audit methodologies)
- Excel
- Power BI
- SQL
- Experience with Qualys and/or BitSight
