As a Back Office Support Assistant – Sales Excellence, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting sales operations across Europe. YOUR DUTIES:
- Ensuring the smooth operation and support of sales processes by handling requests and maintaining systems;
- Daily work in SAP ERP, CRM, ticketing tools and other Schmitz Cargobull systems;
- Daily communication and cooperation with international colleagues, from corporate headquarters to our sales subsidiaries;
- Reporting for Subsidiaries and Management on a regular basis;
- Support for project work.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Higher education in Business, Economics or Management;
- Fluent English, both written and spoken (German would be considered an advantage);
- Experience in working with CRM systems is considered an advantage;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel in particular);
- High attention to detail and analytical skills;
- Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills;
- Flexibility in terms of support for projects, when required;
- Willingness to learn and expand your expertise.
