We are a tour operator founded by locals and based in Lisbon, passionate about creating unforgettable experiences that allow people to discover Portugal in a fun and authentic way.
Our journey started in Lisbon in 2015, where we created what is now the biggest pub crawl in the city, and possibly one of the biggest in Europe. Since then, we have expanded our iconic pub crawl experience to Porto, Cascais and the Algarve, giving guests the chance to enjoy the best nightlife Portugal has to offer.
About the Job

Working with us means becoming part of a group of party makers who are passionate about creating unforgettable nights for our guests. Each shift lasts around 5 hours, and payment is based on a base rate, commission and tips, giving you the opportunity to increase your earnings.
What You’ll Do
You will welcome, interact with and entertain guests, helping to create a fun, friendly and social atmosphere.
You will lead groups between bars and clubs, making sure everyone is safe, included and enjoying the experience.
You will represent the brand with professionalism while helping guests have an unforgettable night.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone with:
- strong communication skills,
- confidence in nightlife environments,
- reliability and a good sense of responsibility.
Fluency in English is required, and additional languages are a plus.
