The Strategic Project Manager will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for driving, planning, coordinating, and successfully completing strategic projects that are fundamental to the organization's success. This position requires close collaboration with various internal departments, while also engaging with external consultants and stakeholders whenever necessary.
ROLE:
Analyze, identify, and address key challenges affecting the business across multiple departments;
Coordinate the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic initiatives;
Work alongside department leaders and executive management to align business activities with corporate strategy;
Generate data-driven insights to support strategic planning;
Oversee project schedules, budgets, and available resources;
Contribute to the company's long-term strategic planning and organizational growth.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related area; an MBA is considered a strong advantage;
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a comparable role or within consultancy, business strategy, or project management;
Proven strategic and analytical thinking with the ability to resolve complex business issues;
Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment while handling several projects simultaneously;
Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to work cross-functionally and autonomously.
