The Strategic Project Manager will report directly to the CEO and will take ownership of the launch, planning, execution, and delivery of strategic initiatives vital to the organisation. This role involves close collaboration with multiple internal departments, as well as collaboration with external consultants and partners when necessary.
ROLE:
Detect, assess, and resolve complex cross-departmental challenges impacting the business;
Lead the full-cycle management of strategic projects, from planning through to final delivery;
Work in close alignment with department heads and executive leadership to ensure strategic consistency;
Develop evidence-based insights to support strategic decision-making and planning;
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation efficiently;
Contribute directly to the organisation’s strategic direction and long-term planning.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree in Business, Engineering, or a similar field (MBA highly valued);
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, consulting, project management, or business strategy;
Strong strategic and analytical thinking with proven troubleshooting capabilities;
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple simultaneous projects;
Leadership skills with the ability to work autonomously and across functions.
