Brief summary
The ideal candidate will be someone already with some knowledge of logistics activities, ideally with distribution operations experience. This position will be directly involved on the daily tasks of international line haul bookings, slot coordination, customer feedback, TMS and distribution routes organization.
The person will work under our Transport and Distribution department and report directly to the Department responsible of Logwin Portugal.
main tasks Responsibilities/ of the position
· TMS organization
· Contact with transport providers to increase our cooperation’s
· Organize and develop new distribution routes according to new stores
· Organize all paperwork related to weekly distribution and invoicing
· Make sure all documents are compliant for payments to run properly
· Direct contact with stores for smooth deliveries
requirements for the position
· Work Experience in Transport and Logistics at least 2 years
· Specific knowledge: Distribution Routes
· Curriculum (school / university degree): University Degree
· IT skills required: MS Office
· Language skills: English (German will be a plus)
· Personal skills: Organized and with ability to multitask
