About the role
Has responsibility for a combination of activities in support of the trading effort (e.g., trade support, documentation) | Staff in middle office functions are likely to support complex product areas (e.g., fixed-income, equity derivatives) and have a greater degree of knowledge of their product area than staff performing other operations functions.

What you'll do
- Tasks:
- Booking and exception management for micro- and macro hedges across all instrument types and asset classes (shares, bonds and derivatives (Equity, Rates, FX))
- Life cycle management of all types of OTC and listed derivatives
- Handling trades from different platforms
- Trouble shooting a variety of issues from Trading, Treasury, Sales , Risk and Reconciliation
- Search for automation potential on daily tasks, coordination with the relevant partner teams and taking the initiative to start and support the implementation process;
- Takes responsibility to train Junior Team Members in the various tasks he / she is expert i
- People Management:
- Train and motivate the team members to increase overall quality of the tasks handled by the team
- Support each individual of your team in their personal development by recognizing the strength and weaknesses and taking according actions
- Involve the best performer in projects and delegate tasks and responsibilities accordingly
- Invest in and build up a team head deputy
- Support the team members in order to improve their performance

What you'll need
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics
- 2-4 years experience in Middle Office or related functions
- Fluency in English
- MS Office
