Marketing & Content Intern — Mabel Life
Mabel Life is looking for a creative, organised and curious intern to support our marketing, social media and content activity in Lisbon.
We are a wellness brand focused on functional mushrooms, microdosing education and guided personal growth programmes. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to learn how a growing consumer wellness brand builds community, content and campaigns.
What you’ll help with:
- Creating and scheduling social media content for Instagram, TikTok and other channels
- Supporting short-form video ideas, filming, editing and captions
- Helping with newsletters, blog content and educational materials
- Researching trends across wellness, functional mushrooms, microdosing, mental health and lifestyle
- Supporting influencer, community and partnership outreach
- Helping organise content shoots, brand assets and marketing calendars
- Assisting with campaign performance tracking and basic reporting
- Supporting the wider team with ad hoc marketing and brand projects
Who we’re looking for:
- Interested in wellness, health, psychology, personal development and/or natural products
- Comfortable with social media and content creation
- Strong written English; Portuguese is a plus
- Creative, proactive and detail-oriented
- Happy to work in a fast-moving startup environment
- Basic Canva, CapCut, TikTok, Instagram or newsletter experience is helpful but not essential
