Now, we’re looking for an Industrial Designer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceive and develop innovative products aligned with customer, user, and market needs.
- Develop concepts through sketching, 3D modeling, and prototyping.
- Translate technical, functional, and aesthetic requirements into concrete design solutions.
- Create 3D models using advanced CAD/3D software.
- Prepare product specifications for manufacturing (technical drawings, documentation, BOM, etc.).
- Integrate engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and material selection into the final design.
- Develop physical (functional and non-functional) and digital prototypes.
- Test and evaluate product functionality, ergonomics, and usability.
- Collaborate with engineering teams and testing labs to validate concepts.
- Prepare product design proposals in response to RFPs (Requests for Proposal).
- Support product industrialization, following up on project milestones and mass production ramp-up.
- Apply ergonomics and User Experience (UX) principles throughout the product development cycle.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field
- Proficiency in 2D/3D design software
- Solid understanding of industrial manufacturing processes (injection molding, tooling, CNC machining, 3D printing, etc.)
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and InDesign)
- Working knowledge of Figma
- Technical drawing and parametric 3D modeling
- In-depth knowledge of industrial materials and surface finishes
- Understanding of sustainable design principles / Ecodesign
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Creativity and innovative thinking
- Practical problem-solving mindset
- Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in multidisciplinary teams
- High attention to detail and quality-oriented focus
- Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines
