What you will do:
- Manage Bike Rental process: welcoming Guests, recommending routes, handling bikes
- Assit with with pre and post tour/rental procedures, enusring smooth operations
- Perform routine maintenance and care of Bikes and Accessories
- Support Back-Office tasks as needed

Requirements
- Responsible, organized, proactive and adaptable
- Able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Weekend availability essential
- Motivated to learn and develop new skills
- Customer service experience preferred
AND
- Fluent in English and Portuguese at good quality level speaking and writing
Additional Skill Sets (not necessary, but are favorably looked upon)
- Graduation on Tourism and Service Industry
- International Work experience
