Key responsibilities in your new role
You will be supporting our Emerging Talent team in managing the recruitment process for early careers positions across our German locations.
- Role Architecting: Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and profiles across multiple job families

Talent Attraction: Create and post engaging job advertisements, implementing diverse sourcing strategies

Selection Matching: Conduct candidate preselection in our Applicant Tracking System based on hiring manager input

Contracting Support: Perform administrative processing of contracting topics

Community Engagement: Support student-oriented events, building networks, and fostering connections across locations
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
You have a proactive personality and are a great communicator, willing to actively support and collaborate with your team members. You thrive in an international environment and are always looking for opportunities to develop your skills.
Education: Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or an equivalent field- Interests: Interest in Talent Attraction topics, with a focus on emerging talent, and connecting with people
- Working Style: Organized, communicative, and attentive to details
- Language Skills: Fluent in English (mandatory), written and spoken. German knowledge is a plus
