What will you do?
As a Marketing Specialist , you will report directly to the Shopping Centre Marketing Manager and work closely with the Central Marketing Department. In this role, you will support the Shopping Centre Marketing team in the management of all marketing activities, including brand image and positioning, institutional relationships, customer experience, promotions, and events. You will play an active role in implementing the brand strategy and contributing to the continuous enhancement of the Shopping Centre’s value.
What are your tasks?
Supporting the development and execution of the Shopping Centre’s marketing and activities calendar
Supporting the development and execution of the Shopping Centre’s key strategic documentation (Business Plan, Marketing Plan, monthly and weekly reporting, etc.)
Liaising on a daily basis with partner agencies to develop media and communication materials
Supporting marketing and promotional initiatives of the Shopping Centre
Assisting in the organisation and delivery of events and animations
Supporting budget monitoring and cost control within the marketing area
Providing administrative support to the Marketing team
Assisting in the management of marketing products, applications, and services
Contributing to relationship management with retailers/brands, external entities, media, visitors, and the local community
Supporting daily Shopping Centre management activities and liaising with marketing service providers
Collaborating with retailers on the development of joint marketing initiatives, whether promoted by the stores or the Shopping Centre
Managing inventory, storage, and organisation of marketing equipment and materials

What do you bring?
A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Management or Event Production
Previous experience in event management
Strong organisational skills, with a proactive, creative, and dynamic approach
Strong strategy and management mindset
Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation-oriented), with a results-driven mindset
Knowledge of online platforms and social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok), with experience in their development and management
Ability to build effective relationships with investors, colleagues, agencies, staff teams, and retailers
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
Good English skills, both spoken and written; knowledge of Spanish is considered a plus
Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
